• LANDSCAPE DESIGN

Good design is always important and takes into consideration many factors. With 2 landscape architects, 1 garden designer and 2 landscape horticulturalists, our expertise ranges from large commercial/institutional projects to small period gardens, and everything in between. • IRRIGATION / LANDSCAPE LIGHTING

We offer expert irrigation installation as well as service on all types of systems. We know and use the optimum spray technique for lawns, beds, and large areas. proper drainage is a common suburban problem and we offer many drainage solutions. Our licensed irrigators have over 50 years combined experience. Illuminating your home and landscape is beautiful and provides safety. Consiider path or tree lighting, choosing from many styles of low voltage fixtures.

• HARDSCAPE

Simply Put, this refers to hard surface: concrete, flagstone walks & terraces, stone walls, brick or stone edging, firepits, fireplaces, and archways. Each landscape crew has a stone mason which enables us to build all these structures ourselves.

• PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

This is not your typical "mow, blow & go" crew. We treat your yard as if it were our own, insuring that your shrubs do not look like "space ships" when we leave, or that your crape-myrtles are not "crape-murdered". Our professionals look for any signs of trouble, and know the proper time for trimming & fertilizing. If total property care is your goal, please call and ask for our maintenance staff.

• FEED, MULCH & TRIM

This is our very popular twice yearly maintenance program (April & Oct), aimed at proper trimming & fertilizing of your shrubs. After the beautiful azalea bloom in spring we schedule "FM&T", as we call it, and again in the fall around Rose Festival time. Using our famous Special Mix Fertilizer, we give your plants what they need for the coming season.

• GARDEN CONSULTATIONS

This wonderful service is helpful for the builder or home owner that prefers to "do-it-yourself"; but also helps a prospective client to get to know us. An hour of consultation is $75.00 (out of town extra). Many benefits come from our professional standing on YOUR property, answering YOUR questions. Often times, it is just the advice you need to get your project going in the right direction.

• RETAIL GARDEN CENTER

Our nursery covers 4 acres and includes display gardens, a waterfall, lots of stone work and most importantly- wonderful plant material. From seasonal color and herbs to perennials, shrubs and "estate-sized" trees, we are 'the' destination for discriminating gardeners. We consider fountains, statuary & planters as permanent parts of the home & office landscape, and have a large selection. Our professionals at the nursery are ready to help... from friendly practical advice to cups of coffee, each is an experienced gardener. They are knowledgable about all our nursery stock, planting techniques, fertilizers, chemicals & organics. They can assist in selecting planters & plant materials, and best of all, they love what they do, and it shows! Come out & say 'hi' to Barbara, Phyllis, Kim and Karen.
